Welcome to our family!

We are a family of five: two 33-year-old parents and three wonderful children – two girls and a boy – born in 2017, 2019 and 2021. Our home is filled with joy, laughter and curiosity, and we are committed to creating an environment where everyone can flourish.

Our family is dynamic, caring and respectful. We are both active and calm, curious about the world around us and attached to values ​​of respect, sharing and good humor. Faith and kindness also guide our daily lives.

We are looking for an au pair to help us balance our intense professional life and our desire to preserve a harmonious and serene family life. We need a trustworthy person who can provide us with practical support on a daily basis (preparing simple meals, helping with some light household chores) and who enjoys having fun with the children through games, outings, creative or sports activities. We also want our au pair to help broaden our children's horizons by introducing them to a new culture/language.

At home, we mainly speak French and Dutch, and we would like our au pair to be fluent in one of these two languages ​​in order to facilitate exchanges. We hope to establish a warm and friendly relationship, where everyone feels comfortable and respected.

We have a few traditions that are close to our hearts: family meals, cultural outings and short getaways to discover new places together. We would be delighted to share these moments with our au pair.

In return, we offer a complete immersion in our culture and language, a private room (possibly with a kitchen area), as well as a pleasant living environment in the suburbs of Ghent. We want our au pair to feel fully integrated into our family while having their own space and independence.
