Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hi,
my wife and I have two daughters of 6 and 8 years old. We lived for 8 years in New Zealand, then we decided to come back home to Italy, in our home region Abruzzo. We love travelling and meeting people from around the world. We would like our daughters to keep practicing their English, while, at the same time, you can improve your Italian (there is also an Italian school 600m from our place).
We live in Ortona, which is a nice beach town on the Adriatic Sea, on the East Coast, 2 hour drive from Rome. We live in the city centre, where you can find everything you need at walking distance. Our place is 15 minute walk from the train station and 20 minutes to the closest beach. It is easy to move around on a bike too.

Job Description

Italian schools close in early June, while we continue working. Our girls will have some summer camp activities in the morning, but we would need some assistance for the afternoon. This could be spending time down at the beach, in town or relaxing at home.
We'd also appreciate some help looking after our place, doing some housekeeping in our apartment (once a week).
Over the weekends we can organise some activities together or you're free to explore the surroundings.
