Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello! We are an Italian-Swiss family of 5, me and my husband and our three beautiful kids: Gabriele 6 years old, Margherita 4 (will be turning 5 in July) and Niccolò that is just born :)
We live in Bologna city center, but during summer months we relocate to our beach house on the Adriatic coast of Italy.
I work as a manager in a multinational company, my husband runs is own company. I am now in maternity leave, but need someone that can entertain the older kids while busy.
During winter months the kids attend an International school, so they are familiar with English, but since we will be moving elsewhere in summer months, they won't be able to attend normal school and we will need an extra help and someone that can keep the language “fresh”.
We are excited to be hosting someone at our home, we did it over the past two years and it was a great experience for all!

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, sunny, cheerful and above all serious person, who is really interested in becoming part of our family by sharing his experiences with us and with the desire to try and learn new things.
A person who enjoys and is used to work with kids. Someone that can entertain the kids and be a real support for us at home, for example cooking for the kids if (occasionally) needed, entertain them with games and some educational moments, and proactively help with the house.
We want someone mature that is able to take care of him/herself as well as being an active help for us.
The main role of the Au Pair will be to stay with the kids during the day, entertain and have conversation in English with them.
We require help mainly during week days, so weekends are usually free to travel and discover new places around Italy and Europe!

Accommodation

During summer months we relocate to our house in Milano Marittima, on the Adriatic coast. It's one of the most beautiful and liveliest places in the region. We have a house in a quiet area, very close to the beach. The Au Pair has her own private room with a window looking out over a big terrace. She also has her own bathroom with a shower.
From Milano Marittima there are plenty of trains and buses that bring you to other cities such as Ravenna, Bologna, Venezia, etc.
We will provide €300 a month.
