Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Dear Aupair,
I am sure you would be happy with us as your host family in Australia.
Our location has some of the best weather, beaches and countryside in Australia.
You would be caring and hopefully inspiring two beautiful young girls.
Chae is going on 11 this year (year 5) quite diligent in studies and clean and tidy most of the time.
Jazzy (Jayla) is 10 this year (year 4) quite a funny girl loves to joke around dance and sing and coooook omg she loves cooking :) not as tidy ha working progress but she is very unique.

Like most kids they have their moments they have the odd fight but that is normal I guess with most siblings. Having a bit of one on one time i am sure would help things.
I am proud that around public they get a lot of comments on their polite mannerisms in general.
They have rules and a schedule I set to tidy their rooms, homework and do a few choirs etc that needs to be kept.
Happy to skype if you want to meet us and I guess go from there.

The house is very nice you would have the bottom floor with your own double bed, shower and toilet to have some privacy you can take a look at url
Main house would be;
7am to 9am monday to Friday (10 hours)
3.30 - 4.00 pm to 6.30 - 7.00pm Monday to Friday (15 hours)
Flexible over weekend approximately 10 hours.
If you want to go out Friday or Saturday nights that is fine. Also some weekends may be less just like to be a bit flexible if less make up some other weekend a bit of give and take.
So approximately 35 hours per week caring for the girls to allow me to work efficiently plus that would include some light duties like helping keep the house clean.
I would suggest the quality of house and accom would be easily cost $350 per week including power & water and $350 cash in hand each week to the right applicant. Obviously I cover food shopping.
like to hear from you if this is for you :)
