Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We are the ’s .. James, Sammi and our kids Frankie (girl, 9) and Moses (boy, 7) and our beautiful Golden Retriever dog Roly.
We live in Palm beach on the Gold Coast and have been here for 7 years .. before that we came from Sydney.

James and I work in the film industry and have travelled a lot. We used to take the kids with us but now James usually works away and I stay home with the kids and travel in their holidays.

Job Description

The job …

We are looking for someone who can get the kids ready for school in the morning - breakfast, pack lunches, pack school bags, make the kids beds, tidy up the morning mess and if required take them to school (it’s a 15 min drive) Approximately start at 6 until 8am or 8:30.

Every day between 8:30 - 3:00 is ‘off’ (somedays longer as the kids have things on after school).

Pick up after school (not every day), unpack school bags, help with light homework as required.

Finish the day by 6:30.

Work Saturday morning for 3 hours so Mum can walk the dog and get some groceries.

Sundays off.

Accommodation

We live 8 mins walk to beautiful Palm Beach. Coles supermarket and cafes and restaurants are just down the road as is a bus to the Mall - Pacific Fair or Northern Gold Coast. Heading South it's 45 minutes to Byron Bay. We have a swimming pool and you will have a large bedroom with Queen bed, TV, own bathroom.
