Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We welcome to take care of our twins, 2 years since last december, when there are not at pre-school, as they began in September à montessori pre-school program, which is a bilingual school English/French.
We are artists, classical musicians and producer, living 1km away from the Philharmonie de Paris, travelling a lot for our work but spending also a lot of good time with the kids.
Sometimes I work at home, but need some help to take care to the kids.
We would need extra time sometimes but will pay extra for it, no problem with that if we are sure that the kids are in good hands. we need someone who is available and likes to spend more time than 30h/week with our kids.
