Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We are an adventurous Family of 6 living in Beautiful Parry Sound, Ontario. Which is located along Georgian Bay. We love to travel and spend time outdoors.
We are both self employed and are looking for an Au Pair to take care of our youngest boy who is currently 2 months old (born March 2025). He would need care while I (Mom) work 3 to 4 days a week. The 3 girls would need to be picked up from school and daycare, taken to some after school activities. However my Husband and I are usually available to do this.

-take care of baby
-school/pickup and sometimes drop off
-light house cleaning
-dinner prep

There is a bus stop in Parry Sound. Toronto is 2 hours and 20 mins from us. The city of Barrie is between Parry Sound and Toronto. We visit Barrie often, where they have the nearest train station. And we often visit Toronto as well.

We would love our Au pair to come on Family trips with us as well.

Accommodation

Bathroom would be shared, however the family uses the main bathroom upstairs. On main floor bathroom would be theirs but still ocationally used by family.
We have wifi and TV. Option to set up television in bedroom area for Aupair.
There is an option to live out of house at a 1 bedroom apartment we own. If comfortable to do so. If not we do have the extra space in our home for Aupair.
