Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hi there -

My wife (Kristen) and I are looking for an Au Pair to help us with our daughter Sofia. Kristen and I both work 40-60 hours a week, and are looking for someone to handle the day to day routines with our daughter - as well was helping her achieve age specific milestones. We are a very caring and loving family, and we try to be as hands on as humanely possible. However, due to the demand of work, it makes it difficult. Ideally someone caring for Sofia is fluent in multiple languages and is looking to be an addition to the family.
