Welcome to our family! We’re so thrilled that you’re considering joining us. My name is Neil, and my wife is Coco. We’re the proud parents of baby Josie, who was born in February 2025.

We live in a vibrant, safe neighborhood close to the center of Shenzhen—just 15 minutes by subway or car from the district’s biggest shopping mall and the city center. The airport is also only 15 minutes away.

Job Description

We’re seeking a warm, outgoing, and engaging au pair who is a native English speaker and has a genuine passion for caring for babies.

Your primary role will be to help immerse Josie in a rich English-speaking environment during the key stage of her bilingual development (6 to 18 months). This means interacting with her throughout the day through talking, playing, reading books, singing, and just having fun in English.

We’d love someone who is open, communicative, and skilled in engaging with children. Experience with infants/toddlers—whether in daycare, playgroups, or caring for younger siblings—is highly appreciated.
