I am looking for a compassionate and reliable caregiver to assist me during my recovery from lower back pain and an acute hamstring injury. Due to limited mobility and difficulty bending forward, I need support with daily tasks, including:
• Personal Care: Assistance with dressing, bathing, and applying medication to affected areas.
• Household Support: Light cooking, cleaning, and organizing (including wardrobe management).
• Grocery Shopping: Driving for groceries or accompanying me to purchase them.
• Companionship & Conversation: Providing engaging and friendly conversation to keep me company and uplift my mood.

The ideal candidate should be patient, understanding, and capable of offering both physical and emotional support.
