Hello and welcome!

Thank you for viewing our profile page.

We are Aura and Bob, Canadians living in Miami.

We have a soon-to-be 3 year old that speaks French, English, and Mandarin. Yes, Mandarin! She has had two Mandarin au pairs since the day she was born. Ideally, we are looking for someone that can continue with her Mandarin grammar skills since we take care of her English and French language education, but we are opened to exploring other possibilities.

The house is perfectly situated in a lovely, lush and quiet suburb. Public transportation is available, however Bob and I will provide a vehicle for the Au Pair when, and if needed.

The house is spacious allowing indoor, and outdoor privacy for all of the au pair's needs and comfort.

Job Description

The au pair we seek to welcome into our home, must be someone that loves to laugh, and smile. A female au pair is our preference caregiver.

Our main request is that the au pair speaks fluent Mandarin so our baby can be introduced to the language at a very young age. We ask that the Au Pair when playing and feeding the infants, that it is done in the Mandarin language. Verbal interaction will be a very important role.

Only chores that pertain to the baby will be taken care by the Au Pair when she is working, including some light kitchen clean up.

A full time nanny will be sharing the child care responsibilities with the Au Pair and a cleaning lady will be responsible for all other household needs.

Accommodation

Our lovely home is spacious with a beautiful back yard and pool. The house is also very spacious allowing the Au Pair to escape somewhere quietly during off time, a spacious, and bright private bedroom (bring your sunscreen!), walk in closet, and private bathroom. All furniture and creature comforts will also be accessible. WIFI, cable television, and separate laundry area, are also included.
