Our family is a quiet, simple, and very loving family. We are Alonso, Jordi, and Pili. Alonso is our 3-year-old son. He is a good, playful, curious, fun-loving, energetic boy who loves to play, tell stories, and perform plays. He enjoys riding scooters and bikes, going to the park, playing, jumping, exploring, and discovering the world around him... just the kind of things 3-year-olds enjoy.
We live in a welcoming, peaceful, and family-oriented environment; we are a close-knit, cheerful, and active family.
Jordi and I (Pili) are teachers, so we highly value politeness, respect, and affection in our daily lives.
The three of us enjoy traveling, going to the beach, playing, laughing, having fun, and, above all, enjoying time with our family.
We live in Pontevedra, a city and the capital of the province of Pontevedra. Our house is in the city center, so you don't need a car to get around. There are schools, high schools, a university, a language school, medical centers, all kinds of shops, restaurants, a cinema, and more. There's also a train and bus station. The nearest airport is Vigo, and another nearby airport is Santiago de Compostela.
There are nearby beaches about 15-20 minutes away, which can be reached by bus.
We're looking for an Au Pair for the next academic year. We need her to join us in August 2025, to be part of our family during her stay. We want her to be a friendly, pleasant, kind, responsible, and caring person, who enjoys being with children and wants to help us raise Alonso, accompanying him in his daily routines, games, and small learning experiences. The most important thing is that Alonso is happy with her.
In return, we offer a home full of love, respect, and a good atmosphere. We'll also support you if you want to improve your Spanish and immerse yourself in our culture. In addition to speaking English with Alonso, we are willing to learn it ourselves. It will be an enriching language exchange for everyone!
For Jordi and I (Pili), it is important that the Au Pair feels like part of the family. We would like to share meals, conversations, laughter, excursions... and for you to experience this in a close and authentic way.
