Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hi there,

we are looking for a great Au Pair to stay with our 8yrs daughter Lavi - pronounced Lovie !

Our family lives in Milan but during the summer, before the family holidays (August) Lavi goes for a short period of time during July to the grandparents' house, in a very beautiful and safe town on the italian est riviera.
Me and my husband then reach her during the weekend while on the weekdays keep on working in Milan.

During the week you will be asked to stay with Lavi: play, explore, speak, teach her new words, help her improve speaking language skills and enojy the beach. Please note that the granparents are fully autonomous, both driving and having a lot of interests.
While the grandpa usually goes to work in the morning and relax in the afternoon, the grandma is most of the time with the daughter and enjoy spending time with her friends and nephews.

During the weekends instead you will be totally free to do whatever you like most in full autonomy: you can travel around, enjoy beach or do whatever you prefer. We, as parents, will be there on the weekend and can't wait to take full care of Lavi :)

This is not the first time we host and having had a great experience before, we'd love to find the perfect match for this July season and welcome you as part of our family !

Job Description

What we are looking for:
- an american or english mother tongue preferably between 18 and 30 years old
- a responsible and enjoyable female au-pair to help Lavi improve her english skills (love to speak with her a lot and maximize Lavi's full immersion to english language)
- previous experience with kids
- non smoking
- able to swim

We know we are looking for a little more than 2 weeks coverage only (approx Jul 14th to Jul 27th, flexible if you need accomodations 1-2 more days) and that's why we are willing to give you a pocket money more than 2x the average rate in Italy, in a way you could cover the other 2 weeks traveling around Italy and enjoy your time off.
