We live in Prato (close to Florence) but we move to our seaside house in July and August and I’m looking for a full english immersion experience for my daughter in July.
This is our routine: we usually go to the beach in the morning, come back home to have lunch. Then Vittoria takes a nap after which we go back to the beach or somewhere else to do other activities.
We'd like you to spend time mainly with me and Vittoria teaching her english while we play together. This would be the most important thing for us. I could ask you to go to the beach or to the playground with us (with me or alone), to do some grocery shopping if necessary and to help me with the simple housework like unloading a dishwasher or a tumble dryer (we have a housemaid for the hard work).
I don’t really like to count the working hours in this case because I don’t really consider you as a babysitter. I’ve never had one so I know how to spend time with my daughter, I would just like you to spend time with us, but if you want go for a dive, get something to drink at the bar, having lunch on the beach sometimes instead of coming home with us you’re free to do it. I would just ask you to “babysit” her if I have an appointment, if I want to go out for a run sometimes (you can go as well before or after me), if we decide that is better if I go out to buy some groceries alone exc..
I’m doing it to expose her (and me) to english.
