Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Mauritius is a small country with a pleasant mild climate throughout the year (25-30 0 Celsius). I am looking for a carer for my Mother who since her stroke in 2014 is unable to walk. She can eat, drink, take her medicine, and speak in Hindi. She needs support for bathing, changing her nappies and for transfer from her bed ( using an electric hoist) into her wheelchair and back. She needs to do some leg and arm movement on bed everyday. The carer will stay in the same house as my mother.

Job Description

The elderly Caregiver should be a calm person who loves to take care of an elderly or disabled person and never gets angry with her. She should be able to maintain a high level of hygiene to ensure that my mother does not catch any infection. She should be able to prepare simple meals for her . A person knowing how to prepare Indian meals will be an asset. She will speak English with the family members (myself, brother and sister) but my mother understands only Hindi.
