If starting before September, our future au pair will have to watch our kids all day as summer is out. If starting as of September the routine will be as follows: We will need our future au pair to coordinate with us on who we will be dropping off. Given that our kids will be in different schools, we will work together with the au pair to drop off one child each. From there, our future au pair will be free to go about her day or go to school until our child are out of school. We will need help with pick-ups. We will want you to feed our kids when they get home from school, it can be leftovers from the night before or chicken nuggets is ok. We will also want our future au pair to clean up any mess (if any) that was made during the day and light cleaning around the house. Light cleaning will involve cleaning the top of the counter/ table and sweeping/mopping before we get home. We will be cooking and doing any laundry when we get home. Heavy, deep cleanings will be done by my husband and I on the weekends.
