Work abroad in Vanessa's family for 2-3 Months starting from Nov 2024 as an Au Pair and Granny Au Pair to take care of 1 children of 1 - 5 years old in Vöcklabruck, Upper Austria Austria

Hello! We are a family of three (soon to be four!) living in Vöcklabruck, a small town in Upper Austria, and we are looking for an Au-Pair or a Granny Au-Pair to help us out in the last two to three months before our second baby will arrive. Our little family consists of Johannes (the dad!), Vanessa (that's me - the mom), and our little baby boy, Emilian (who is going to be 1 year old in October).

We live in a small town called Vöckalbruck, which is almost directly in the middle of the two bigger cities of Salzburg and Linz. There is a very good train connection (it takes 40 minutes to go to Salzburg, 30 minutes to Linz, and around 2 hours to go to Vienna), which we often use - we have a car, but it's usually parked in the garage since we prefer to take our bikes and public transport. Our place is about 2 kilometers away from the train station, and there is a bus stop right in front of our house. We love spending time in nature and being active, which is a big reason why we chose Vöcklabruck as our place of residency - there are many lakes in the area, they are well connected by public transport, and there's lots of opportunities for hiking or cycling (or skiing) in the Alps nearby. The town of Vöcklabruck itself has everything you might need - a little shopping mall, a cute city center, pretty parks, two rivers, a very lovable bookshop, and a cultural community center and concert hall where both Johannes and me are very active (it often hosts cool concerts of indie/rock bands from Austria, readings by Austrian authors, and other events). There's the possibility to take language classes at the local language school (they start every first Monday of the month), or to take some language classes in the nearby cities (they might have timing that would suit you better).

We are looking for someone to help us during the time of roughly beginning of November to the end of January, but we are flexible - just let us know what would work for you and we'll figure something out. In any case, we'd love to welcome you to our home during this time!
