Welcome Letter to the Au Pair
We live in a New Jersey suburb about 35 minutes from New York City. You can easily walk to the train station from our house to get to New York City.
We have a large, comfortable house and a big backyard with a swing set and grass. Our neighborhood is a very safe and a pleasant place to take walks and bike rides. We have many pleasant cafes and restaurants in our town, a big library and movie theater.
We understand that you are coming to the USA to learn about our culture, make friends and travel, and we would give you plenty of time to do all those things. You would never be asked to clean our home or do other menial tasks. We are looking for a teacher, NOT a babysitter. We are very flexible in terms of a schedule and want to work with you so that everyone has a positive, happy experience!
