Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Dear our future AU PAIR girl, hello ? ?
We hope to find you through this ad, and you are very welcome to join our family. I come from Shanghai, my husband comes from Paris, we live in Rome.

Duration: From September or from December, for 3 months till 1 year.
Location: Rome, Italy
Language: English native speaker or reach C1 level.

The conditions we provide are:
An independent bedroom with a bathroom, which is an independent area that can be closed at night to separate your bedroom and bathroom from the living room.
Food is included.

For the pocket money you have two options: If you are willing to cook diner for you, babies and me. It would be 500 euro per month. Without cooking: 75 euro per week pocket money. :)

In our family we speak French, Chinese, my babies are learning English. Outside would be Italian and English. Yes!Many cultures mixed >.< :P

The people you will take care of are: mainly a lively and smiling little girl who is almost four years old. There is also a boy who is almost two years old. Most of the time I will be mainly responsible for taking care of my son.

Your working hours are:
You can choose to rest for two full days between Monday and Friday.
Please spend two full days with us on weekends. Accompany the children to the park, visit museums, go to church or play at home, or any activities that you found in the city and babies can go.

Three working days from Monday to Friday: about one hour in the morning to help the children prepare for school. From about 4 pm when the kids finish school to around 8 pm when they go to bed, you will mainly play with the kids and wash up before going to bed. (No need to take the kids to school or pick them up after school)

Housework:
You can choose to help cook dinner on the days when you work or not. It would be only on days when you work. The kids are in school during the day, so you just need to help make dinner or not. There are usually cleaning staff to clean up every weekend morning, so please don't worry, I'm not looking for a full-time nanny.

Walk the dog. We have a 5 kg Bichon Frise mixed with Maltese. So 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the late afternoon on the days when you work.

Diet: Hope there are no special dietary requirements.

No smoking

No bringing other people to the apartment.
Please don't keep looking at your phone while working.
Don't play loud music or make loud calls when the kids are sleeping.

Personality: Hope you are a talkative and outgoing person like us. Hope you are patient with and like children.

Work experience: It is recommended that you have experience in caring for children around four years old, but this is not required.

Documents:
Proof of identity.
A health certificate from your doctor: stating that you are healthy enough to work as a child care worker.
A "Certificate of No Criminal Record". (Usually this can be applied for free and quickly online on the government website)
Additional:You need to apply for your own travel documents, passport, etc. You need to be responsible for your own travel expenses to and from Rome to your next destination or home. You need to apply for your own travel health insurance. Usually EU citizens can apply for the EU Health Card for free, or directly purchase commercial health insurance.
