Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hi and welcome to our family!

We’re so excited to meet you and have you join our little household. We live in San Bruno, California, just a short BART or Muni ride away from San Francisco’s city center. There are several bus stops and BART stations nearby, which makes getting around the Bay Area really easy. There are also plenty of language schools in San Francisco, so you’ll have options if you’d like to take classes while you’re here.

Our home is warm, loving, and full of life. We have a baby girl named Eevie, who’s curious, alert, and full of smiles, and two dogs (Sierra and Kima) plus a cat named Silas, who all adore being part of family life. We love the outdoors— exploring new beaches, restaurants, and going for walks together.

We can’t wait to share our world with you and make sure you feel at home here!

Job Description

We’re looking for someone kind, patient, and responsible to help care for our baby, Eevie. She’s an alert and curious infant with an established sleep routine, so consistency and gentleness are key.
Responsibilities include helping with sleep training, feeding, playing and engaging her in developmentally appropriate activities, maintaining her daily routine, and light household tasks related to her care.
Experience with babies, basic first aid knowledge, and comfort around pets are essential.
