We are originally from Kazakhstan and now living in San Francisco. We’re thrilled to welcome you into our home and our lives. Thank you for choosing to be a part of this journey with us—it means a lot, and we’re genuinely excited for the time ahead.

Our family includes three energetic and loving boys, ages 6, 3, and 1. Each of them brings so much joy and personality into our home, and we can’t wait for you to get to know them. They’ll look to you not just for care, but also for fun, learning, and a warm presence in their daily routines.

Both of us are entrepreneurs, and our work often requires us to travel. That makes your role especially important—not only as a caregiver, but as a stable, nurturing presence in our children’s lives when we can’t always be there. We trust and value the work you’ll be doing, and we see this not just as a job, but as a meaningful partnership.

While we’ll provide structure and support, we want you to feel comfortable and at home here. We encourage open and honest communication, and we’re always available to answer questions or discuss any concerns you might have.
