I can dress bathe feed myself but when I'm anxious sometimes I get dizzy or breathe very fast and my heart races. I may need help with cooking or going to get me food and drinks while I lay down to regroup relax. Prefer someone around my age but open to age 18-50 who can speak at least some English and willing to use translator app.
