About Our Family
Hello! We are a warm and welcoming family living in Sant Vicenç de Montalt, a beautiful and quiet town by the beach, just 40 km from Barcelona. Our family consists of two wonderful children, aged 4 and 1, who are full of energy and curiosity.

We are looking for an au pair who loves spending time with kids, is creative, and enjoys organizing fun activities. Our ideal candidate is someone who can engage the children through play, arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, and other stimulating experiences.

Our home is well-connected to Barcelona by train, making it easy to explore the city on weekends. We also love nature and frequently go to the Catalan Pyrenees for family trips. If you enjoy both the beach and the mountains, you’ll feel right at home with us!

We look forward to welcoming someone who will be a part of our family and create wonderful memories with our children.

Job Description

The schedule and tasks will vary depending on when you arrive:

June: We need support in the afternoons (15:00 - 19:00) mainly with our eldest daughter. Your role will be to take her to the local swimming pool and enjoy activities at the beach.

July: Our eldest will be attending summer school, while our youngest will finish school around 15:00. We need someone to pick them up and take them to the swimming pool for a few hours.

I work from home, so I’ll be around and will join activities whenever possible. However, we’re looking for someone to help create a fun and engaging environment for the kids, allowing me to take a step back when needed.

Accommodation

The au pair will have her own private room, ensuring a comfortable and personal space. However, the closet inside the room is shared with the children, so we will need occasional access. We will, of course, make necessary arrangements to minimize any inconvenience and respect privacy.

The room also includes a small play area for the kids, which we’d love to use when possible. We can coordinate schedules to make sure the space works well for everyone. The bathroom will be shared with the children.

We aim to create a balanced and respectful living environment where everyone feels comfortable!
