Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hi new friend,
We are Paulo (Chilean, 39 years old), Kerstin (German, 36 years old) and Millaray our sweet daugther (4 years old). We live in a big house in Santiago and would like to host an au pair for some months. We like travelling ourselves and have travelled quite a bit and invite you to know us, Chile, its people, culture and nature. You could learn Spanish with us and visit the city and touristic places around (as mountains, forest, beaches, etc). The house has a big garden, barbecue place and six bedrooms, one of which could be yours.
We need help in typical daily tasks and to take care of Millaray for half a day (4 to 5 hours); of course you will be treated as one more family member.

Job Description

We are looking for someone to be part of our family sharing with us meals, activities but of course having also your free space.
We are flexible to your weekly tasks, it could be that you to help us for half-day during the week with Millaray and housekeeping. This would include support bringing and picking up Millaray from daycare, taking some time to play with Millaray in the afternoon and helping with household routine (grandmother comes three times a week to help us cleaning).

We are living in a big house with a big garden, open living and dining room, a playroom for our Millaray, 5 bathrooms and 6 bedrooms one of which would be yours. It is a room with an integrated closet and desk, that we are currently preparing to make it cozy.
