Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello,

I am pleased to introduce my family to you.
I am the representative of an international organization for the Caribbean Region.
I live with my 15 year-old daughter.
There is also our housekeeper, who lives with us and helps us with the cooking and cleaning.
In addition, there is a chauffeur who comes in six days a week to help with getting my daughter to school and her activities, as well as when we take trips outside the city. The chauffeur could be available to help you with your transport, depending on your needs/schedules.
We would be pleased to welcome an Au Pair to our home.

Job Description

The job will entail:
 Helping to manage my daughter's busy daily schedule including ensuring she gets on her virtual school classes, to her physical school and to her extracurricular activities (e.g. dance, tennis, swimming, activities with friends, etc.) on time, in coordination with the chauffeur;
 Ensuring my daughter does her homework, and is organized and well-prepared for her activities;
 Preparing and participating in extracurricular activities with my daughter, e.g. outings to the mall or museum, doing activities together at home, going out for ice-cream, etc.;
 Taking care of my daughter when I am traveling out of town for work;
 Helping ensure she is safe and well looked after at all times;
 Helping with minor errands from time to time (e.g. buying supplies for my daughter's school work);
 Possibly travelling with the family to the US or in the Caribbean region.
