Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Dear Future au pair,
We are a family living in a nice village in South of France with our 2 children aged 1 and 3 ("and a half!") years old.
We also have a lovely dog (a whippet) who is 6 years old.
We both are entrepreneurs working from home.
Our elder is a great sister, she is very nice, loves going for walks and cooking anything she can eat afterwards (and ideally, it includes chocolate or saucisson. Or both). She is also a very big Frozen fan, she will teach you the lyrics and choregraphy. Her little brother is a very peaceful and smiling baby. Loves to eat, loves to cuddle. Honestly, an easy one.
We have an annexe for our next au pair for a nice time with us ! As we lived in big cities (Paris and London) where the mix of cultures is omnipresent, we would love our kids to experiment this from our small village.

Job Description

All of this is very new for us and I am sure we will need adjustments :)
The main idea is to help with the kids. Mostly the school drop offs until holidays and on weekends.
Summertime is a very busy period for both of us. Dad can be away several days on the weekends, it is a lot of work for me and support will be amazing. As a wedding florist, I also have weddings on few weekends during summer, which is always 30min away from home, so I am usually out from 9am to 7pm maximum. it is just a lot of work in a short amount of time.
Otherwise, out of the busy days like this, it would be pretty calm. We would love someone who can create nice activities for our elder girl, as we have a zero screen policy (except few movies sometimes when it is raining).
Until end of July, our second child is going to childcare, so it would be only our daughter who would be with us the whole month of July.

Accommodation

We have a nice house with a garden where we plant stuff we can eat, we have a swimming pool and a nice annexe for our au pair, with her own bathroom, bedroom with A/C. We also have a car that you can borrow.
The village we live in has a bar, a pharmacy, a grocery store, tobacco shop, bakery, butcher, doctors, school, park... so we are not isolated in the middle of nature.
We are 10min drive from Montélimar where you have all the things you might need !
