Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Dear Au Pair,

We have made the decision, our two kids and ourselves, parents, to welcome a great new addition to our super family!

This is us: Lou (4 years old, a very cute and very independent girl!), Nathan (a very kind 6 year old boy), Esther (Dutch supermom), and Nicolas (Frenchie dad).

We would love to have someone with great energy join our family, share time with the kids during the week, but also be part of our social lives if and when the person wishes so. We fundamentally value the importance for this person, especially in important years of life, to also have his/her own private and personal space, including socially, and have personal growth beyond the family space.

Job Description

The two kids are at school, and have after-school activities (swimming, skateboarding and we plan to expand the list).
They will also need to go to a couple of times per week to the kine (for Lou) and to the speech therapist (for Nathan, who is dyslectic).

They are fully bi-lingual (French and Dutch) and start to understand a bit of English as us parents speak English together.
