Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Welcome to the family! We live very close to downtown Spokane, about a 15 minute drive or a 20 minute bus ride. The nearest language school is at a community college also a 15 minute drive or bus ride. I'm a retired English teacher at a college and would be glad to give you English lessons in exchange for Spanish conversation with you. The bus stop is about a 15 minute walk from our house.

Job Description

The Au Pair would have his/her own room in our fully finished basement with a separate entry, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a shared work-out room. The Au Pair would be on-call during the night 9 pm to 9 am to assist my 78 year old husband with the bathroom if needed. He/she would also be in charge of bathing my husband twice a week. He/she would be free during the daytime 9 am-5 pm but expected to be at home most evenings 5-9 pm to help with dinner and share the evenings with us.
