Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello, we have an interesting dynamic to say the least. First, we have a large family with a set of older children (all in their twenties) and an eight year old son as well as a 2 granddaughters 4 and 2. Secondly, we live in the US Virgin Islands and travel between St Thomas and St Croix regularly as well as Water Island. We also travel occasionally to Montana and Texas in the US. Where we live would probably be considered a small town that is relatively quiet. We are surrounded by water and go boating often so the ability to swim well is a must. We are looking for someone to teach our 8 year old son, do some light cooking and housekeeping as well as occasionally watch our grandchildren.
