We are a Spanish family that has lived in Norway for the last 12 years. We have 3 kids: a 18 months baby girl, a 4-years old boy and a 5-years old boy. Both parents work 8 hours a day and the kids go to kindergarten from 8-16.

We are looking for a girl that can help us with the kids related tasks in the house, some household activities and entertain the kids.

We live in a family house in Stavanger which is 10min away walking distance from the city center. Public transportation is available close by. There is a supermarket 20m away from the house, a nice lake for running or walking 1km away from the house. There are some parks and playgrounds within very close distance to the house.

The house has 3 floors with 4 bedrooms. The kids and parents bedrooms are in the second floor, the kitchen and living room are in the first floor, the guest room (au pair room) is in the basement, with own bathroom. In the basement there’s also the washing room and some storage room. The basement is furnished and counts with heating system. The au pair’s room is 15 m2 and has wardrobes to keep clothes. This is a part of the house that the family uses almost daily but will allow the au pair to have more independence. The basement has its own door that the au pair can use instead of the main door, if desired.

We travel to Spain 3 times a year, in total this sums more than 25 days a year which means that the au pair will have more days off than by contract. The family travels some times to cabins close by and the au pair is welcome to join us.
