Hi, it’s nice to meet you, and thank you for taking the time to read this.

My name is Catie, and I’m a mother of two girls, aged 8 and 10 We live in the southern part of Germany and

We’re an active family who loves spending time outdoors. When we’re indoors, the girls enjoy creative activities like arts and crafts, and they both love dancing.

We’re looking for a part-time Au-pair who is already in Germany.

As a busy family, we need someone to help care for the girls, especially since I work part-time. I’m home most afternoons, but I’m often away on business during the weekends. The girls are quite independent and manage most things on their own but still need some supervision and support.

We’re looking for someone to be part of our family and lend a hand when needed.

Job Description

Your help will mainly be needed to guide the kids after school and during afternoon hours when we cannot work from home. You’ll supervise them as they finish their schoolwork and spend quality time with them until we return.

You may also be asked to do very light housework, such as warming up food, folding clothes, or vacuuming if needed.

Accommodation

We live in a big city where housing can be quite expensive. Our home is a cozy 2-bedroom apartment, so you would share a room with the kids, but you will have your own bed.

This is a part-time position where you will mostly work 1-2 afternoons a week, as well as occasionally on weekends. Since the work is limited, you’ll need to plan how to spend the rest of your time, whether by studying or finding another part-time job.

We will provide food and accommodation, and I will pay you hourly for the time you work. You are welcome to stay with us while managing your other commitments!
