Ideally the Au Pair we are looking for will have previous experience with very young children and some sort of childcare training.

We would prefer our Au Pair to have the following but it is not a deal breaker if they don't;
- Speak Polish (we are teaching our son to be bi-lingual because I am English and his Father is Polish)
- Have a driving licence (just makes everything easier but also fine if you don't have one)
- Be trained in First Aid or be willing to take a course
- Trained in Montessori play or willing to learn and implement this

Au Pair has to have/agree to;
- Non-smoker
- Willing to do some light cleaning i.e. clean up after themselves and my son and pitch in to the overall house cleaning once a week to keep everything tidy
- Available to do an extra days work on occasion if required (this will not be a regular thing but would need some flexibility due to my partner working shift pattens)
- Able to cook nutritious meals for my son and provide the necessary feedings he requires (on two solid meals a day plus milk currently but this will increase each month moving forward until fully weaned)
