Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Ia Orana,
I would be happy to welcome an au pair girl to our home. I'm a single mum of 2 kids, working for the yachts in Marina Taina.
We live in an appartment of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The aupair will have her own room and share a bathroom with my daughter. She will have a car at disposal so she can help me to pick up the kids from school but also to have her freedom. It is not easy in Tahiti when you don't have a car, public transport is not soo good . We are well placed around shops etc.. and a walking distance from the beach not the best beach but still a beach :)
Tahiti is a beautifull island to live on , everything is easy and simple, one road around the island :)
I can't think of someone who didn't like it.

Job Description

It would be mostly after school that the aupair can help me to pick up the kids from school, take them to their activities or just to the park, and help me with the evening for dinner , lunch box etc.. I do dance class 3 times a week from 5.00pm so I would like to be able to go to the class and the aupair to be with them on that time. My daughter who is 15 years old doesn't need much care, just to have some nice fun chat with , my 5 years old son like to ask many questions and absolutely loves animals :)
Week end is free , so yes mostly for the end of the day and help also with keeping my son's room in a good shape.
