Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We are a family with two boys aged 12 and 9 and we live in a city called Talange nearby the border with Luxembourg and Germany. We are both English teachers working in Luxembourg. We’d love to welcome an au-pair as from September 2023 for a period of at least 10 months. Our au-pair should have an excellent English and have a drivers’ license as well as a solid experience as a driver. She will live on the first floor of our house with her own room, kitchen, bathroom and toilets. We live in a city perfectly situated between Metz and Luxembourg City with many transports in the vicinity (bus, train, airports) and we have a lot of schools around and a University campus 15km away from our town. This year we had an American Aupair called Kelsey and she enjoyed her stay here.

Looking forward to meeting you,

Valérie, Romain, Eliott and Edgar

We'd want our au-pair to speak English with our kids, to drive them to school (15kms), to cook the evening meals, to do a bit of tyding up and a bit of laundry for the kids... Of course, our kids would love to share their time and play with our au-pair!
