Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello, we are a family of three with pretty simple lifestyle in Sunny Southern California suburb. We live in very family oriented safe town with walking trails, community pools and are about 55 minute drive to the ocean or San Diego.
We both work full time and have opposite schedules to accommodate our child. We would love to welcome to our home someone who is kind, positive and enjoyes carrying for children. Our son is a sweet little boy, who is polite and enjoys just about anything from cooking through walks to park to reading books. We also have 2 friendly, well trained dogs. We are raising our boy to have manners, love and help the world around him. We are very strict with his diet (minimal sugar and processed foods) and exposute to screens. We are hoping to find someone who has similar beliefs when it comes to children.
We welcome honest and open communication to ensure this is a wonderful experience for everyone. We are open to include our au pair in our outtings or arrange for independent time based on their preference. We will provide own car if preferred.
