Welcome to our family! We’re thrilled to have you join us in Hemet, California, as part of this new chapter in our lives. Let me take a moment to introduce myself, our home, and what life with us will look like.

My name is Mark], and I’m a 44-year-old Chief Executive and Marketing Officer starting a new position in Hemet on March 3rd. We’ll be moving into our new home at the end of February as we transition from New Jersey to California. Alongside my professional work, I’m also a published author and have had the privilege of hosting TV shows. Life has been full of exciting adventures, and I’m looking forward to creating even more in this next chapter.

My son, Alexei, is the heart of our family. He’s an incredible boy, full of curiosity and potential. His mother was from Russia, which makes him half Russian, and I’d love for him to reconnect with his heritage by learning the Russian language alongside English. Alexei has been attending school during the day, and for the past three years, I’ve been raising him on my own.

Outside of work and parenting, I have several passions that I’d love to share with you. I enjoy wildlife photography, sailing my 47-foot yacht, collecting and appreciating classic cars, traveling, and dining out. I also have a soft spot for beautiful watches). At home, we have a lively and friendly toy poodle named Chief, who’s sure to be your companion as well.

As we settle into this new routine, your role in our family will be invaluable. I’ll need support with household tasks and caring for Alexei, particularly during evenings and weekends when my schedule may become demanding. I pride myself on being easy to get along with and value open communication, mutual respect, and teamwork. While we’re a fun and dynamic family, it’s important to me to maintain a healthy and wholesome environment—no drugs, heavy drinking, or smoking are welcome here. His mom has been absent for 3 years.

Job Description

We are seeking a caring, responsible, and reliable Au Pair to join our family in Hemet, California. Your role will focus on supporting the day-to-day care of my 4-year-old son, Alexei, and helping with household responsibilities.

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide attentive care for Alexei during evenings and weekends as needed.
- Assist with light household tasks, including tidying up, meal preparation, and laundry.
- Encourage and support Alexei’s learning of the Russian language alongside English.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for Alexei.
- Occasionally accompany the family on outings or trips.

**Requirements:**
- Previous childcare experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and positively.
- Comfortable around pets (we have a toy poodle named Chief).
- Non-smoker, no drugs or excessive alcohol use.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus, but not required.
