Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

HI! We are Karin and Marko, parents of two small children and we live on the outskirts of the city of Trieste, in the town of Opicina, which is 15 minutes away from the city centre, easily reachable by means of transport which pass very frequently. Our villafe is located a few kilometers away from neighboring Slovenia and not far from Croatia. The city of Trieste is a seaside city, multicultural and full of life. In our town of Opicina, located in the Karst of Trieste, there are all the services and it presents itself as a lively context, it is surrounded by greenery and nearby paths that allow you to take pleasant walks, some with breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains. In the surrounding area you can spend pleasant time outdoors in a more natural environment than in the city centre.

Job Description

The work that our guest should do would be to take care of the small child while we are at work and at this time to often take him outdoors. If necessary, we would ask you to accompany and/or pick up the older child from kindergarten. At home we would ask you to carry out small domestic tasks, especially tidying up. The work would take place from mainly from Monday to Friday, with Saturdays and Sundays mostly free. In the weekend, if you wold enjoy to come with us to small trips or excursions, you would be welcome to come with us.

Accommodation

We offer our guest a room of their own located in the attic of our house. The room is equipped with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. There is wifi connection. Next to the room there is a bathroom, which would be used mainly by our guest. Our house is a small three-storey house, with a terrace and outdoor garden that surrounds the entire house.
