Work abroad in Chiara's family for 2-24 Months starting from Nov 2024 as an Au Pair and Nanny to take care of 2 children of 1 - 5 years old & 6 - 10 years old in Turin, Piedmont Italy

Dear Au Pair,

We are excited about the possibility of you joining our family as our Au Pair! Here is a brief overview of what we envision for your role and how we can work together to create a happy and fulfilling experience for everyone.

The Au Pair we would like to meet should be:

A sweet, happy, and patient person who will engage the children in challenging and educational activities and games.
Experienced in managing children, with references.
Cheerful and creative.
Willing to help around the house with small daily tasks (we have a cleaning lady who comes once a week to help with the major cleaning).
Eager to be part of the family and enjoy spending time together.

It is important for us that the Au Pair speaks perfect English (native English) to teach it to the children and that she is gentle, patient, and sweet with them.

Regarding the working hours, we will decide together with the Au Pair.
Normally, in the morning, the children are at school (all day until 4 p.m.) and me and my husband return home from work around 7 p.m. We also have a nanny who helps us, so the Au Pair and the nanny will coordinate to ensure that there is always someone with the children (expecially if the children are at home because are sick which unfortunately happens often), taking them to their activities or playing with them at home.

The Au Pair will need to organize her time to help the family with small daily household tasks (such as cooking for the children, doing laundry, or simply tidying up to keep the house in order). It is also important that she prepares and plans the activities she will do with the children.

On weekends, the Au Pair is free.
My husband and I enjoy spending time with the kids, so it will be free time for the Au Pair, who is more than welcome to join our family activities and spend time with us, if she wishes.
