Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We are so excited to welcome you into our family! We want you to feel at home here, and we are looking forward to the adventure of getting to know each other better over the next few months.

Our family consists of myself, Marco, my wife, Daniela and our little girl, Michela, who is 2 years old. We live in the beautiful northern part of Italy (uggiate con Ronago, 22029), just a stone's throw away from Switzerland. We’re surrounded by nature, and we love spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking, biking, or just enjoying the fresh air.

This is our first experience with an au pair, and we are really looking forward to sharing our daily life and culture with you. We believe that this exchange will be a wonderful opportunity for all of us to learn and grow together. We hope you’ll feel comfortable and happy with us, and that you’ll become a true part of our family.

Job Description

We are looking for a auPair who can help us pick up our daughter from daycare in the afternoon and stay with her until dinnertime, when we return from work. Our town is small, and there are playgrounds where the baby can play, or we have a large garden. During weekends, we both don’t work, so the auPair we are looking for would be free or, if she wishes, she could join us for some small trisp. Of course, we would love for her to teach our daughter English.
