Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT SPEAKS DUTCH.

I want to write a proper welcome letter. But I don't have time right this minute. I will come back to write more.

My parent immigrated to the U.S. in 1960. My father has passed and my Dutch mother has dementia. She is losing her ability to speak English so she speaks a lot of Dutch. I don't speak Dutch anymore.

We live in a small town east of Dallas and West of Tyler. It's a very small and rural community.d

My mom is 88 and suffers from dementia. I am looking for a dutch speaking person, because she is forgetting how to speak english, even though, she has been speaking it for over 60 years.

You must have experience with dementia to be considered.
