This position is a hybrid role between a traditional au pair and a housekeeper (maid).

We are looking for a reliable, independent, and caring person to support our family in three main areas:

Housekeeping: daily cleaning, laundry, basic tidying, and keeping the home organized.

Childcare: staying with our daughters in the afternoon from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, especially when they are not at school or during our working hours.

Working hours are generally Monday to Friday, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Occasional evening or weekend help may be required, but always agreed in advance.
Important note: This is not a traditional au pair role focused only on childcare — it includes daily housekeeping and support for the family’s daily routine.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys being with children, loves keeping a home organized, and is open to actively contributing to the well-being of a family.

There is also the possibility of a formal employment contract in the future.
