Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Greetings from Vienna, Austria.
We are a family of 4. I am from an Italian family born and raised in South Brazil. My husband is Austrian besides a Peruvian Mother. We have two lovely twin girls born in March 2023.
At home we speak Portuguese, German, English and Spanish. Quite a lot for the little ones but hopefully something good to carry through their life.
We are looking for a professional to help us with our Toddler girls, their health, things, growth development, routine and Home.
We live in the city center, which makes daily life and transportation easier.
We love to travel, specially to warm places, the sea side or to the mountains.

Job Description

Professional experience taking care of Children / home care with teaching skills, being able to be patient, loving and consistent with Toddlers. Keep their playing, eating and sleeping environment clean and organized. Help to Take care of their preschool bags and going out bag. Responsibility with schedules and routine, including diapers change, brushing teeth/hair, change clothes, prepare for preschool, nap time, administrate vitamins/medicine, prepare and give meals/bottles, sensorial activities, book reading, motor skills playing time (assist), taking to playground or museums, etc.
Be punctual when committed.
Be flexible in exceptional situations, open to adapt the time schedule (previously spoken) when the girls are sick.
Keep them safe and protected.
Be available for sleep over (day / evening schedule agreed in advance from the beginning).
Teaching skills to help in their age development.
Knowledge of Montessori Pedagogic teachings is a plus.
