Get up at 6 a.m., have breakfast together, prepare the children for kindergarten or school. Take the children there by car or bike, the school and kindergarten are in the village itself. We sometimes work from home. Pick up the children again at noon at the earliest. The eldest has soccer training 3 times a week in the next town.

We are flexible in the rest of the day, but generally want to have meals and activities together. We want the au pair to spend a lot of time with the children. This should not involve watching TV together or playing on the computer or cell phone. Rather, you should deal with the children's development in a planned manner and contribute to their personality development. There are few restrictions here, for example, creativity, team spirit, self-confidence or the development of manual, musical, sporting or artistic skills can be promoted.

A moderate level of assertiveness is also helpful.

The au pair is not left to fend for themselves but takes an active part in family life.
