Welcome Letter to the Au Pair
we are a blended family with a total of five children aged 1 to 12. Of the five children, only one lives with us permanently, the other four regularly visit on weekends or leave on weekends and are there on working days. We live in a village in the Sauerland not far from city centers such as Arnsberg, Soest and Meschede. It is therefore important that you have a driver's license so that you can move around independently - for example for language courses or meeting other au pairs.
We want an au pair who can get along with our very lively family. There are many opportunities for sporting activities such as skiing, sledding, swimming, biking, etc. Therefore, it would be an advantage if you enjoy outdoor activities.
We also like to be outside, go skiing and swimming a lot because we have our own pool. We already had an au pair who still visits us regularly today and would be happy if we could have this positive experience again.
We live in a large house with a very large garden on the edge of a village. The connection to the motorway is easy to get to from here in various cities.
Job Description
We are happy if you have already gained experience in looking after small children. You should also be open to new things. We are not very traditional and not very religious. That means we rarely go to church on weekends. If you'd like to go to church service, that's fine with us. Our children learn English at school and we speak English well. If you do not yet master the German language, it would be important that you speak English.
