We are a Belgian couple in our forties living in Waterloo, a peaceful and green municipality located about 25 minutes from Brussels. We are expecting a little boy in January 2025 and live in a beautiful spacious house, surrounded by fields and close to the Sonian Forest. Our household consists of two dogs, a Bernese Mountain Dog and a Golden Retriever, as well as a cat. All are affectionate and gentle companions, perfect for a pleasant family life. Our au pair will have a spacious and completely private studio of 70 m², offering real independence and all the necessary comfort to feel at home. Located on level -1 of our house, this accommodation benefits from direct and independent access via the front door, guaranteeing a personal and isolated space.

The studio includes:

• A large bay window with a view of the back of the house and the garden.
• A library area and a zinc bar which add a friendly and cosy touch.
• A kitchen, a shower room and a private toilet.

The studio is next to our wine cellar, which will involve occasional access on our part.
