Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello future au pair!
We are a happy family of 4. We have a 7 year old son called Otis and a 2 year old son called Miles.
We love being parents, and would love our next au pair to join our family in April 2023.
We have had 5 wonderful au pairs in the past, who you are more than welcome to talk to. 4 have been German, and 1 Australian. We still keep in touch.
We look forward to hearing from you :)

Job Description

We mainly want our au pair to enjoy their time with us, enjoy Wellington, and enjoy our kids.
They would work Monday - Friday's: 7am - around 5pm (sometimes earlier, sometimes later).
They need to be able to drive.
We would pay $300 a week, and also supply them with their own car while they are with us and we pay for the petrol / upkeep.
We also have an electric scooter they could use if they want.
We would want our au pair to do the children's laundry.
We share the cooking between everyone.
Imogen does most of the cleaning, and would just expect the au pair to maintain the house as it is during the day.

When we have any time off in the year, this allows our au pair to have a travel holiday too.
Also if public holidays or long weekends, our au pair would be free.
Also, Imogen's work schedule sometimes allows our au pair to have a long weekend (3 or 4 days).
Over Christmas / new years Michael usually has 2-3 weeks off, so our au pair would have a good time for some summer travel then.
If they wanted a specific time period off - we could hopefully make it work if they let us know early on!
