Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello There.
My name is Matthew I'm 53 yr old couples therapist and have a long term partner and 3 children 11,17,18.
My partner stays over a couple of nights a week and my youngest son Lucian 11 stays with me thurs night and every other weekend the older kids pop over now and then as they live in nearby city of Bristol.
My elderly mother 94 can no longer cope on her own so has moved in to a ground floor room and hence the need for a live in aupair to help while I'm at work etc etc
We live in a very beautiful part of somerset the Mendips and are 20 mins from south Bristol and 10 mins from Wells .
beautiful country walks and traditional UK rural culture.
There are buses to both though the stop is a little walk away.
Bristol has many language schools and is a very lively alternative and European city of culture.
wells is the UK smallest city.
would suit mature in attitude self sufficient energetically friendly warm kind and conscious person.
not a smoker or vaper and ideally (unvaccinated CV-19)

Job Description

We are looking for someone with patience compassion and empathy to provide companionship and conversation , assistance with washing and dressing light housework and laundry heating up ready meals and making tea etc.
we will provide flights to and from the UK from any EU country .
you will have your own accommodation consisting of a large double room with kingsize bed, use of a family bathroom upstairs separate from the facilities for my mother. You will be included in the family food provision and limited access to a car you are invited to treat it like your own home.
we envisage @ 4 hours a day 6 days a week
8.30-9.30 wash and dress 12.30-1.30 prepare lunch and chat 5.00-7.00pm help with light house keeping or food prep for supper conversation and prepare for bed plus additional unscheduled hours here and there max additional 1 hour per day.
30 hours max for a wage of £250 p/w in addition to the accommodation and food.
any additional hours will be paid for by mutual agreement.

Poor mobile signal at the property so all devices linked through internet .will have fast fibre connection wifi though will be off during sleeping hours to ensure restful sleep for the whole household.
