Hello!

Our small family (my husband, my son and I) lives in the beautiful Yukon Territory known for the gold rush and midnight sun.
You can stroll along the Yukon River to the city centre from our place in 30min or bike there in 5min.
We are looking for an au pair to take care of our little boy (1year old 2025) in German once mama returns to work.
Our town -whitehorse - is the capital of the Yukon and you find all amenities here. You can explore nature (hiking, canoeing, climbing) and learn about Indigenous history and the culture of 14 local First Nations in the territory.
We also have a big sport centre with pool, sauna and steam room in town. If you like to skate there is a rink in our backyard and a downhill ski hill 30minout of town (crosscountry skiing everywhere). Whitehorse is wilderness city- so you will meet the city foxes and probably see bears coming down from the surrounding mountain late summer when the berry bushes in the neighbourhood are ripe.
