Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Dear Au Pair,

if you enjoy spending time with kids and pets I'd like to invite you to our small but mighty family in Vienna.
Who are we:
I' m a single mom (45), my daughter is 8 and going to the elementary school, not far away from our flat.
Our place is a nice 3-room flat, very central and with perfect infrastructure: there are grocery shops less then 100 m from here, you can reach the center by food (2 metro stations) and the next recomandable German course is not too far either (3 stats).
We adopted a little doggy from Hungary, he's ćute and well behaved, you should like dogs and generally animals :)
I could really need some help here since my new educational training is starting next year meaning that I need to reorganize.
Originally I'm from Belgrade (Serbia) but my daughter speaks German and we also speak German at home. She loves languages and I don’t mind if she learns some Englisch/Serbian as well :)
She's a little Leo girl (Zodiac sign) and a great tutor in German, she's very active, funny, smart, creative and talkative.

Job Description

I'd like our Au Pair to help my daughter get ready (at 7 a.m.) and bring her to school (by foot or 2 stats tram, or 1 station with a tram and then one with the metro) and pick her up on 3 days in the week (at 3:30 p.m.), to warm up some meal, help a little bit in the household by vacuuming or just help putting the dishes into the dish washer and walk the dog in the evening.
We can agree about everything, ai want her/ him to feel good too!

Accommodation

There is an own large room (20 qm), bath and rest room are to be shared. The kitchen is together with the living room (= my room) like one big space and therefore I'd rather appreciate someone who's not cooking all the time and not using the kitchen a lot.
Generally we get up early and go to sleep early.
