Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Dear potential Nanny,

We are a family of four including dad(Bis), mum(Val), who both work for the NHS, and our two kids, Emma -10yo and Peter- nearly 7yo.
We are looking to hire a part time nanny to collect both kids from their local primary school at 3pm-3:15pm and then take them to various activities(local sw19) until 5pm-5:30pm. Then to take them back home and assist with any homework until 6:30pm.
Ideally, you are a locally(within 2 miles of SW19) based nanny who can help from 3pm to 6:30pm, Mon to Fri. And during the half term school holidays, longer hours might be needed on some days, e.g. from 9am to 6:30pm.

We would prefer a live out nanny with a good English(at least B2-intermediate), has a Uni degree, is a confident driver who is able to support both kids with their home(english/maths) work from 5pm to 6:30pm. A Non-smoker is essential.

We live in a lovely house in Wimbledon about 13min walking to the school(St Mary's RC primary) and about 16min walking to the Wimbledon train/underground station. There is a bus stop- 200 nearby and a train station(Haydons Rd) which is about 5min walking.
